Jiade focuses on customized processing of precision parts and non-standard industrial cutting tools. The company has a strong research and development team and technical strength. Our 10 senior mechanical engineers have over 22 years of experience, and we provide over 1000 customized parts and blades for 20 industries. Our products are all applied to precision equipment and core production processes, such as petrochemical enterprises, research institutions, laboratories in higher education institutions, textiles, optics, lithium batteries, medical treatment, biopharmaceuticals, aerospace and aerospace engineering, automation equipment, and other industries. Our R&D and manufacturing teams have extensive experience in precision machining parts and customized blades.

We have 30 precision machining equipment, including precision grinding machines, precision CNC, precision CNC lathes, precision drilling machines, precision milling machines, high-frequency welding machines, etc. We produce 30000 blades and customized parts per month. More than 90% of our products are used in advanced equipment and innovative industries. Our R&D team has obtained 13 innovative product invention patents, creating more value for customers, and has also obtained national high-tech enterprise certification.

Plastic recycling blades and wood-working blades – D2/SKD11, DC53, A8, etc. Paper making, printing and slitting blades – Steel 52100, D2/SKD11, SS, HSS (High Speed Steel) and Tungsten Carbide.
